Our structured admissions process — built on a written evaluation and a personal interaction with the Principal and Admissions Committee — ensures every admitted student is ready to thrive.

Step-by-Step Admission Process
Pay the non-refundable registration form fee of ₹200. You can register online at dunesacademy.com or visit the Admissions Office directly. Completing registration does not guarantee admission — a seat is confirmed only after clearing the written test.
Submit the completed Application Form with the required supporting documents to the Admissions Office. For online applications, you will receive a unique Access Code via email after registration — use this to log in and complete your application. Click Submit Application to receive your Application Submission Code. Keep both codes safely for future reference.
All registered applicants appear for a written evaluation, held in February and March every year. For Nursery, Kindergarten, and Class I applicants, the Admissions Office conducts the evaluation at the school. Applications for pre-primary classes open during the first week of February.
Following the written evaluation, the Principal and the Admissions Committee meet with the student and parents. This interaction helps us understand your child’s needs and ensures Dunes Academy is the right fit for your family.
Successful applicants receive an official Letter of Admission. The one-time registration fee of ₹3,000 (non-refundable) is payable upon admission. Availability of seats in each class determines final enrolment. No exceptions are made and no admissions are guaranteed to waitlisted applicants.

- ✓ One passport-size photograph each of the Mother, Father, and child
- ✓ Photocopy of School Leaving Certificate (from previous school)
- ✓ Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- ✓ Digital photograph of child (JPEG, max 256 KB) — for online applications
- ✓ Scanned Birth Certificate (JPEG or PDF, max 256 KB) — for online applications
Fee Payment & Installment Schedule
Annual tuition covers all 12 months of schooling and may be paid in four equal quarterly instalments — each due before the 7th of the instalment month. One-time charges of ₹200 (form fee) and ₹3,000 (registration fee) apply at the time of admission and are non-refundable.
